Excelsoins Ste-Geneviève Residence offers 77 apartments for independent or semi-independent individuals, ranging from studios to 4 ½ units. All units are equipped with large windows, balconies, or terraces. Each resident personalizes their apartment by bringing in their own furniture.

The rooms are equipped with mobility aids such as handles, raised toilet seats, and shower benches. Each apartment is equipped with call bells that are directly linked to the care team.

Excelsoins Ste-Geneviève residence has a care unit with 22 private rooms that can accommodate a diverse clientele experiencing a loss of autonomy due to various conditions.

• Cognitive impairment (Alzheimer’s and other cognitive degenerative diseases without wandering).
• Physical loss of autonomy requiring assistance with hygiene and daily living activities;
• Health problems requiring a special diet (diabetes, dysphagia, etc.).

This unit prioritizes the use of prosthetics to help residents manage functional challenges, reducing stress levels. Residents are also encouraged to maintain their abilities for as long as possible.
